How to check your Delta Dental of Iowa benefits online

As a Delta Dental of Iowa member, you have online access to all your plan information. If you haven’t created a Member Connection account, this will be the first step in checking your dental benefits.

Note: To create an account, you’ll need to provide your full name, member ID number, date of birth, and zip code.

Once you have a Member Connection account, you can go online anytime to see your dental benefits by following the steps below:

1. Log Member Connection. The option to do this is found on the home page of the Delta Dental of Iowa website.

2. Once you’re logged in, you will see the member dashboard. On the dashboard, you will find information such as your plan’s name, group number, group name, plan type, and more. You will also see any plans you are a part of such as dental, vision, legal.

3. Click View Plan Details to get additional information.

4. There you will see information including benefits, claims, preventive history and your ID card, etc.
